Cutting Off Criminal Gain: Interdisciplinary Perspectives of Confiscation of Criminal Wealth. Carried out by the Law Institute and Vilnius University in 2012-2013, funded by the Research Council of Lithuania.

 

Other legal activities and experience:

Chief Advisor of the Criminal Division of the Supreme Court of Lithuania (at the court since 2007).

Senior Advisor of the Legal Department of the Office of the Seimas (the Parliament) of the Republic of Lithuania (at the Department during the years of 2001–2007), expertise of the drafts of laws and other legal acts of the Parliament and representation of the Parliament at the Constitutional Court.

Member of the Prosecutor Performance Evaluation Commission, formed by the Prosecutor General of the Republic of Lithuania (since 2021).

Member of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Republic of Lithuania Review Committee, formed by the Minister of Justice of the Republic of Lithuania (since 2017).

Aspects of Procedural Justice of Investigation of Criminal Acts in Court. In the XV International Congress "Criminalistics and Forensic Expertology: Science, Studies, Practice" held on 19-21 September 2019 in Kaunas (Lithuania) by Criminalists Association of Lithuania, Forensic Science Centre of the Ministry of Justice of Lithuania and Mykolas Romeris University (the presentation in Lithuanian language).

Practice of the Supreme Court of Lithuania Concerning Guarantees of Human Rights in Criminal Procedure. In the scientific-practical conference "Actualities and Problematics of the Protection of Human Rights in Criminal Procedure" held on 13 December 2018 in Kaunas by the Law Institute, Vytautas Magnus University and Kaunas Regional Court (co-author with assoc. prof.
