In 2013 obtained MA in in European Union Law at King’s College London, Dickson Poon School of Law, United Kingdom.

Master thesis: Transformation of the Western Balkans through the Application of EU Accession Conditionality: lessons learnt and way ahead. Prize for Best Dissertation on the MA in EU Law

In 2010 obtained  PhD in Law at Vilnius University, Lithuania.

Doctoral thesis: The Access of Private Applicants to the European Court of Justice Challenging Legal Acts of the European Union.

In 2012 obtained Post – Graduate Diploma in EU Law at King’s College London, Dickson Poon School of Law, United Kingdom

In 2008 Doctoral research fellow, Utrecht University, the Netherlands

In 2005 obtained Master degree law at Vilnius University, Lithuania.
