The purpose of these recommendations is to summarise and explain the main potential legal risks arising from the use of face recognition technologies in law enforcement and to propose possible solutions to manage these risks through the improvement of the policy and legal framework for the use of FRT.

The main result of the project is the presentation of frameworks for the identification of public interest.
