significant gender disparities, few victims report gender-based violence to police and therefore existing data regarding gender-based violence does not reflect comprehensive situation on the ground. Legal protection and support for victims of domestic violence is an area of attention addressed in the EU adopted Annual Action Programme (AAP) 2016 for Azerbaijan. Police officers, judges, and social workers will be provided with training on identifying signs of domestic violence, risk assessment criteria and other topics. Policijos pareig\u016bnams, teis\u0117jams ir socialiniams darbuotojams rengiami mokymai smurto artimoje aplinkoje po\u017eymi\u0173, rizikos vertinimo kriterij\u0173 ir kitomis temomis. Taip pat, atsi\u017evelgiant \u012f ES standartus, socialiniams darbuotojams, teis\u0117jams ir \u017einiasklaidos atstovams planuojama organizuoti specialius mokymus, padedan\u010dius parengti ir \u012fgyvendinti visuomen\u0117s informavimo kampanij\u0105 apie smurto sukeliamus neigiamus padarinius visuomenei.\u00a0 Projektas apima \u0161ias\u00a0veiklas: 1. veiksmingos teisin\u0117s politikos pl\u0117tojimas, siekiant visapusi\u0161kai \u012fgyvendinti smurto artimoje aplinkoje prevencijos \u012fstatym\u0105 (1 komponentas):\u00a0 rezultatas 1.1.\u00a0 &#8211; sustiprintas smurto artimoje aplinkoje steb\u0117jimo grupi\u0173 teisinis statusas; rezultatas 1.2.\u00a0 \u2013 smurto artimoje aplinkoje kriminalizavimui palankios teisin\u0117s aplinkos suk\u016brimas. 2. Azerbaid\u017eano Respublikos valstybinio \u0161eimos, moter\u0173 ir vaiko reikalu\u0328 komiteto ir smurto artimoje aplinkoje steb\u0117jimo grupi\u0173 instituciniu\u0328 geb\u0117jim\u0173 stiprinimas (2 komponentas):\u00a0 rezultatas 2.1.\u00a0 \u2013 sukurtas nacionalinis smurto artimoje aplinkoje auk\u0173 nukreipimo mechanizmas; rezultatas 2.2.\u00a0 \u2013 sukurtas teisin\u0117s ir psichologin\u0117s pagalbos smurto artimoje aplinkoje aukoms mechanizmas; rezultatas 2.3.\u00a0 \u2013 sukurta smurtautoju\u0328 reabilitacijos programa. 3. kampanija bendram visuomen\u0117s informuotumui didinti (3 komponentas). rezultatas 3.1.\u00a0 \u2013 i\u0161aug\u0119s bendras problemos supratimas visuomen\u0117je. Projekt\u0105, bendradarbiaujant su Azerbaid\u017eano Respublikos valstybiniu \u0161eimos, moter\u0173 ir vaiko reikal\u0173 komitetu,\u00a0\u012fgyvendina\u00a0ir savo patirtimi dalijasi bendradarbiaujan\u010dios institucijos: Lietuvos Respublikos socialin\u0117s apsaugos ir darbo ministerija (vadovaujantis partneris), Lietuvos socialini\u0173 moksl\u0173 centro Teis\u0117s institutas, Vilniaus universiteto Teis\u0117s fakultetas, Europos socialinio fondo agent\u016bra ir Austrijos Liudviko Bolcmano \u017emogaus teisi\u0173 institutas (jaunesnysis partneris).
