Prane\u0161imo pabaigoje nagrin\u0117ti klausimai, kaip nekaltumo prezumpcijos principas siejasi su alternatyviomis konflikto sprendimo formomis \u2013 atleidimu nuo baud\u017eiamosios atsakomyb\u0117s, bylos nutraukimu esant procesin\u0117ms kli\u016btims, taip pat principo santykis su policin\u0117mis nusikaltimo prevencijos priemon\u0117mis.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Nekaltumo prezumpcijos klausimus konferencijoje nagrin\u0117jo ir Lietuvos Respublikos Konstitucinio Teismo teis\u0117ja dr.\u00a0Danut\u0117 Jo\u010dien\u0117, kuri aptar\u0117 nekaltumo prezumpcijos principo ai\u0161kinim\u0105 Europos \u017dmogaus Teisi\u0173 Teismo ir Konstitucinio Teismo praktikoje.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Kiti prane\u0161\u0117jai gvildeno privatumo apsaugos klausimus, taip pat vie\u0161umo poveik\u012f \u0161eimai ir vaikams, konfidencialumo ribas, lygi\u0173 galimybi\u0173 pasiekimus Lietuvoje bei kitas aktualias temas.<\/p>\n<p>[:en]<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In commemoration of International Human Rights Day, Law Institute of Lithuania (LIL) research fellow Dr Justas Namavi\u010dius delivered a speech about the presumption of innocence at \u201cPersonal Protection: The Duties and Responsibilities of the State\u201d, a conference held by the Seimas Committee on Human Rights.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In his speech, Dr Namavi\u010dius disclosed the concept of the principle of the presumption of innocence, and also discussed to what extent it, without judicial authority, is linked to other state institutions \u2013 the executive branch and the legislature.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The researcher also defined the scope of application of this principle and discussed certain provisions of existing laws as well as relevant rulings of the Constitutional Court of Lithuania.
