Lietuvos mokslo tarybos finansuojamas (sutarties Nr.\u00a0S-REP-18-5) reikminis taikomasis mokslinis projektas \u201eVeiksmingo policijos ir kit\u0173 suinteresuot\u0173 institucij\u0173 bendradarbiavimo link: smurto artimoje aplinkoje atpa\u017einimo, pagalbos ir prevencijos modelis\u201c pasiek\u0117 fini\u0161o tiesi\u0105j\u0105. Jo metu Lietuvos teis\u0117s instituto (toliau \u2013 LTI) mokslininkai atliko tyrim\u0105, kur\u012f inicijavo Lietuvos Respublikos vidaus reikal\u0173 ministerija kaip vien\u0105 i\u0161 valstybei ypa\u010d aktuali\u0173 mokslini\u0173 tyrim\u0173 ir eksperimentin\u0117s pl\u0117tros programos tem\u0173. \u012evertinus smurto artimoje aplinkoje atpa\u017einimo, pagalbos teikimo mechanizmus, egzistuojan\u010dias tarpinstitucinio bendradarbiavimo praktikas, tyrimu siekta sukurti ir pasi\u016blyti suinteresuot\u0173 institucij\u0173 bendradarbiavimo model\u012f.<\/p>\n
Tyrimo metu a\u0161tuoniose skirtingose Lietuvos apskrityse atlikti 45 pusiau strukt\u016bruoti interviu ir 3 fokusuotos grupin\u0117s diskusijos su suinteresuot\u0173 \u0161ali\u0173, reaguojan\u010di\u0173 ir teikian\u010di\u0173 pagalb\u0105 smurto artimoje aplinkoje atvejais, atstovais: nuo policijos pareig\u016bn\u0173, specializuotos pagalbos centr\u0173 specialist\u0173 iki nevyriausybini\u0173 organizacij\u0173 atstov\u0173, prokuror\u0173, teis\u0117j\u0173 ir probacijos pareig\u016bn\u0173.<\/p>\n

I\u0161leista mokslo studija seminaro-diskusijos dalyviams bus dalinama renginio prad\u017eioje.<\/p>\n \u00a0<\/p>\n Daugiau informacijos<\/strong> el. p. justinas.paliauka@teise.org<\/a><\/span><\/p>\n [:en]<\/p>\n The research \u201cTowards the effective cooperation between police and other stakeholders: model for the identification, support and prevention of domestic violence\u201d which was funded by a grant (No. S-REP-18-5) from the Research Council of Lithuania has reached the final stage. The research was initiated by the Ministry of the Interior of the Republic of Lithuania as one of the topics, related to research and experimental development programmes, which is of particular interest to the State. The research sought to create and propose a model for cooperation of the stakeholders after assessment of mechanisms used for the identification domestic violence, provision of assistance and the existing practices of the multi-agency cooperation.<\/p>\n During the research 45 semi-structured interviews and 3 focused group discussions were conducted. The interviews were taken in 8 different districts of Lithuania. A variety from following representatives of the stakeholders, responding to domestic violence and providing the assistance in case of it, have participated in the research: from police officers, specialists from the Specialised Assistance Centres, to representatives from non-governmental organisations, prosecutors, judges and representatives of the probation system.<\/p>\n According to researchers Ilona Michailovi\u010d, Svetlana Justickaja and R\u016bta Vai\u010di\u016bnien\u0117, \u201cThe performed research allows to presume that the initial level of cooperation, limited to the maintenance of communication and notification of other institutions, is more typical to the cooperation of the stakeholders, working in the network of problems related to domestic violence. However, it does not turn into a teamwork or coordinated response due to the lack of feedback and common approach. Therefore, it cannot be deemed to be a coordinated multi-agency response to domestic violence. In order to achieve a common goal, the coordinated and integrated teamwork is necessary by complementing each other, which should be expressed through the common case study and coordinated decision making\u201d.<\/p>\n The results of the research will be presented in more detail on 13 September, 2019, during seminar-discussion \u201cTowards the effective cooperation between police and other stakeholders: model for the identification, support and prevention of domestic violence\u201d.<\/strong> The roundtable discussion will include insights from police, courts, prosecutor office, specialized assistance centers, child rights protection services and men\u2019s crisis centers representatives.<\/p>\n The practical seminar-discussion will take place on 13 September, 2019, White Hall of the Ministry of the Interior of the Republic of Lithuania<\/strong> (\u0160ventaragis st. 2, Vilnius, II floor).<\/p>\n Program<\/span><\/a> of the event.<\/p>\n The results of the study can be accessed by downloading the online version of the Scientific Study, which is available here<\/a><\/span>.
