Honor, Dignity (Reputation) in Employment Relationships: Legal Regulation and Practical Issues

The dissertation seeks to provide a comprehensive analysis of the legal regulation of honour, dignity (reputation), and their protection within employment relationships, assessing their compliance with international human rights standards. The research encompasses both theoretical and practical evaluations of these values, based on national and international legal acts, as well as case law. The primary objective is to identify the issues encountered when implementing these rights in employment relationships and to propose recommendations for improving legal protection and regulation. The research methods include dogmatic, systematic, and comparative analysis, as well as an evaluation of case law, in order to identify practical difficulties and gaps within the current legal regulation. The main focus is on determining the criteria for violations of honour and dignity (reputation), evidence standards, and practical application challenges in employment law.
