A researcher at the Law Institute delivered a speech at the International Conference on Family Law

 

June 16 dr. Agnė Limantė, a researcher at the Law Institute of the Lithuanian Center for Social Sciences, participated in „the International Family Law Conference and Debate 2022“, organized by the Faculty of Law of the Pan-European University of Bratislava. The event was organized as part of a network of Central European professors coordinated by the University of Miskolc, the Central European Academy.

Together with lecturer Kristina Pranevičienė, a lecturer at Vilnius University, dr. Agnė Limantė gave a speech anche presented a report on Matrimonial Property cases in European Union countries that do not participate in the Twin regulations. The researchers focused on Lithuanian regulation and case law (topic: “Matrimonial property cases in European Union countries that do not participate in the Twin Regulations: case study of Lithuania”).

The conference was attended by researchers from Slovakia, Croatia, Hungary, Poland, Ukraine, Albania and Lithuania.
