The renowned European Association of International Private Law EAPIL presents the results of the project carried out by the Institute of Law

The widely known European Association of Private International Law EAPIL paid special attention on its website to the scientific publications of the EU-FamPro project carried out by the Institute of Law.

In order to inform about relevant books in the field of private international law, EAPIL presents three scientific books, that were published during the execution of EU-FamPro project.

The first book edited by L. Ruggeri, A. Limantė and N. Pogorelčnik Vogrinc is "The EU Regulations on Matrimonial Property and Property of Registered Partnerships". In 2022 the book was published by the internationally recognized publishing house "Intersentia". The electronic version of the book can be downloaded from the publishers website. It is necessary to emphasize that this book is also translated into five languages – Lithuanian, Italian, Spanish, Slovenian and Croatian versions of the can be downloaded from the EU-FamPro project website.

The second book, edited by L. Ruggeri and M. J. Cazorla Gonzáles - “Cross-Border Couples Property Regimes in Action Before Courts. Understanding the EU Regulations 1103 and 1104/2016 in Practice“. In 2022 the book was published by Dykinson, a Spanish publishing house. The book can be downloaded free of charge from the publishers website.

The third book "European Family Property Relations Article by Article. Commentary on EU Regulations 1103 and 1104/2016" is edited by L. Ruggeri and R. Garetto. In 2021 this commentary on the regulations was published by the Italian publishing house Edizioni Scientifiche Italiane. The book can be downloaded by visiting publishers website.
