Lietuvių patirtis – bulgarų teisininkams

Lietuvos teisės instituto (LTI) mokslininkai ir Valstybės garantuojamos teisinės pagalbos tarnybos vadovė dalijosi savo patirtimi su Bulgarijos teisinės pagalbos tarnybos specialistais.

Delegacija iš Bulgarijos teisinės pagalbos tarnybos viešėjo LTI. Kartu su Lietuvos valstybės garantuojamos teisinės pagalbos tarnybos direktore Andželika Banevičiene instituto mokslininkai dr. Agnė Limantė ir Evaldas Visockas diskutavo apie teisinę pagalbą ir jos kokybę Lietuvoje bei Bulgarijoje, taip pat kitose ES šalyse.

Bulgarijos teisinės pagalbos tarnybos prezidentę ir kitus svečius iš Bulgarijos ypač domino LTI vykdomas tarptautinis projektas „Teisinės pagalbos kokybės didinimas: bendrieji standartai skirtingoms šalims“. Instituto mokslininkai pristatė bulgarams šio projekto esmę ir rezultatus, taip pat buvo sutarta vėliau pasidalyti ir projekto metu rengiamais teisinės pagalbos kokybės standartais. Svečiai iš Bulgarijos dalijosi savo patirtimi ir mintimis bei džiaugėsi pasisėmę naujų idėjų.

Susitikimo metu taip pat buvo diskutuota apie kitų LTI vykdomų projektų rezultatus, nemažai dėmesio skirta projektui „Veiksmingo policijos ir kitų suinteresuotųjų institucijų bendradarbiavimo link: smurto artimoje aplinkoje atpažinimo, pagalbos ir prevencijos modelis (POSIB)“.

Researchers of the Law Institute of Lithuania (hereinafter – LIL) and the Head of the State-Guaranteed Legal Aid Service have shared their experience with the specialists from the Bulgarian Legal Aid Service.

The delegation from the Bulgarian Legal Aid Service paid a visit to LIL. Together with Andželika Banevičienė, Director of the Lithuanian State-Guaranteed Legal Aid Service, researchers of the institute Dr. Agnė Limantė and Evaldas Visockas discussed legal aid and its quality in Lithuania and Bulgaria as well as in other EU Member States.

The President of the Bulgarian Legal Aid Service and other guests from Bulgaria were particularly interested in the international project entitled “Enhancement of legal aid quality: general standards for different systems” implemented by LIL. The researchers of the institute presented the background information and the results of this project to Bulgarians and agreed to later share legal aid quality standards that are being developed during the project. The guests from Bulgaria shared their experience and thoughts and were pleased to get new ideas.

The participants of the meeting also discussed the results of projects implemented at LIL and largely focussed on the project “Towards the effective cooperation between police and other stakeholders: model for the identification, support and prevention of domestic violence (POSIB)”.
