Dvynių projekto (angl. Twinning light) baigiamoji ceremonija

„Teisėjų akademijos darbo stiprinimas kuriant mokslo programas ir rengiant ekspertų liudijimų mokymus (CRO WIT)”

Kroatijos Respublikos teisėjų akademija, Kroatijos Respublikos teisingumo ministerija bei Europos Komisijos atstovybė Kroatijoje surengs Dvynių projekto „Teisėjų akademijos darbo stiprinimas kuriant mokslo programas ir rengiant ekspertų liudijimų mokymus” baigiamąją ceremoniją, finansuojamą Europos Sąjungos lėšomis.

Baigiamoji ceremonija vyks 2015 m. birželio mėn. 19 d., Europos namuose, Zagrebe.

Uždarymo ceremoniją pradės Dijana Mandić, Kroatijos Respublikos teisėjų akademijos tęstinių mokymų skyriaus vedėja bei savo šalies projekto koordinatorė. Į dalyvius kreipsis Sandra Artuković Kunšt, Kroatijos Respublikos teisingumo ministro pavaduotoja, Dinko Cvitan, Kroatijos Respublikos generalinis prokuroras, Lietuvos teisės instituto direktorė Jurgita Paužaitė-Kulvinskienė bei Gabrielė Juodkaitė-Granskienė, projekto vadovė bei Lietuvos teismo ekspertizės centro direktorė.

Uždarymo ceremonijos dalyviams bus suteikta informacija apie projekto rezultatus, pasiektus bendradarbiaujant Kroatijos teisėjų akademijai ir Lietuvos teisės institutui.

Šio projekto tikslas – Kroatijos teismų profesionalumo ir veiksmingumo stiprinimas didinant teisėjų, prokurorų ir advokatų tęstinio mokymo kokybę dėl ekspertų liudijimų naudojimo civilinėse ir baudžiamosiose bylose. Projektas, kurio vertė siekia 188.889,00 EUR, yra finansuojamas pagal Europos Sąjungos PNPP programą.

Projektas pradėtas vykdyti 2015 m. sausį ir oficialiai bus baigtas 2015 m. liepą.

“Strengthening the work of the Judicial Academy through
curriculum development and training in the use of expert witnessing (CRO WIT)”

The Judicial Academy of the Republic of Croatia, the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Croatia and the European Commission Representation to the Republic of Croatia will hold the closing ceremony of the IPA 2011 Twinning light project “Strengthening the work of the Judicial Academy through curriculum development and training in the use of expert witnessing CRO WIT”, financed by the European Union.

The closing ceremony will be held on Friday, 19 June 2015, at 13:00 at the House of Europe, Ban Centar, Ulica Augusta Cesarca 4, Zagreb.

The closing ceremony will be opened by Mrs. Dijana Mandić, Beneficiary Country Project Coordinator and Head of the Continuous Training Department of the Judicial Academy of the Republic of Croatia, and the participants will be addressed by Mrs. Sandra Artuković Kunšt, Deputy Minister of Justice of the Republic of Croatia, Mr. Dinko Cvitan, State Attorney General of the Republic of Croatia, and Mrs. Gabrielė Juodkaitė-Granskienė, MS Project Leader and Director of the Forensic Science Centre of Lithuania under the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Lithuania.

The participants of the closing ceremony will be informed about the results of the project that have been achieved in joint cooperation of Twinning partners – the Croatian Judicial Academy and the Lithuanian Law Institute.

The objective of this project worth 188.889,00 EUR and financed under European Union IPA 2011 Programme for Croatia, is to enhance professionalism and efficiency of the judiciary in the Republic of Croatia by raising the quality of the Judicial Academy’s professional training programme aimed at judges, state attorneys and judicial advisors in the area of expert witnessing in the field of civil and criminal law.

Project activities started in January 2015, and will officially end in July 2015.
